Romantic Oceanside Venue

There’s nothing like a wedding venue with an ocean view. La Venta Inn is located in Palos Verdes, CA and features gorgeous architecture, a romantic garden overlooking the ocean, and plenty of space to host your ideal event.

The Custom Invitation Suite

The goal of this project was to elevate each of the elements of the day, so of course, I went with all things gold. The suite itself featured gold foil copy with a custom venue illustration, pearl and gold wax seals, white envelope calligraphy, custom lush envelope liners, and handmade, floral embossed invitation folders.

 

Custom Vow Books

This collection also included handmade vow books. His and Hers vow books are a lovely, intimate way to elevate your ceremony, and I chose complimentary colors to unite these pieces with the rest of the project. They feature gold foil embossing, custom vow content, and delicate muslin ribbon.

 

 

Personalized Husband and Wife Letters

One of my favorite types of calligraphy commissions are personalized wedding day letters. The love in these letters is truly special and working up the calligraphy for these pieces was a real treat. These letters feature gold ink, romantic copy, and custom hand-cut dimensions.

 

 

Custom Menus and Bespoke Gift Boxes

The table itself is a perfect place to generate that “wow factor” we want to achieve for weddings with sit-down dinners. For this project, I went with a modern menu base accented by romantic and luxurious details. The gold wax seals paired with those from the invitation suite and the vellum place cards featured the same gold ink as the personalized Husband/Wife letters. The final piece of the puzzle is one of my all-time favorite items to create: gift boxes! These boxes were made to compliment the stunning place setting selections and featured handmade boxes filled with rich caramels, gold ribbon, and a gold wax seal.

 

 

Bringing it all Together
